Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and hospitality? We're seeking a dynamic professional to take on the role of Dual Hotel Sales Coordinator, overseeing sales efforts for both Sonesta hotels located in Norcross and Duluth, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both Sonesta hotels, collaborating closely with the General Managers to secure group bookings and meeting rentals.
- Front Desk Support: Work closely with the front desk teams at both locations, providing guidance on sales tactics and assisting in training sessions to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and event organizers, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the booking process.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities to maximize revenue across both hotels, leveraging synergies between the two properties to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the off-site sales teams and other departments to align strategies and optimize resources, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales or hospitality, with a track record of success in driving revenue and exceeding targets.
